Our client is looking for Sales & BD Manager in Building materials
PURPOSE:
Understand general & insulated panel specific construction market trends, , incl. demand, changes in the use of construction materials, -practices and construction standards, competitors, etc..
Develop and strengthen the awareness of company brand in general.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Represent company vis-a-vis end users, industry bodies, construction & government authorities and other relevant associations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent company to relevant parties such as end users & -associations, construction authorities, insurance companies & industry representatives, construction & building associations, etc.
Establish and maintain the Representative Office in Vietnam.
Undertake market studies, develop a business plan in Vietnam.
Organize marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
Identify and follow up regarding specific project opportunities.
Develop an understanding of conversion opportunities of traditional building materials & -solutions.
Develop panel installer network, particularly in the cold storage, cleanroom, factory building envelop construction.
Increase awareness of products solutions to owners, developers and designers/architects.
Ensure company specifications are maintained through the project development phases.
Coordinate project support.
Develop and maintain the customer base.
REQUIREMENTS:
Vietnamese nationality, fluent in English.
Background in construction (ideally a technical background) with experience in specification and value selling.
Age from 25 - 35
At least 3 years of working experience in Project sales of building materials (paint, sheet metal, plaster, insulation, panel, etc)
Network with Contractors, Developers, Architects, Designers, etc
Relevant seniority and network to represent in the Vietnam market.
Self-motivated and organized.
Management experience.
Strong service mindset
Good networker
