Role Description
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager - Dubai Property to drive EMMAI's growth in the luxury real estate and Golden Visa market. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding EMMAI's client base among Vietnam's high-net-worth investors.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building networks, creating leads, and securing partnerships that directly contribute to property sales and Golden Visa deals.
Salary: 25 million + performance-based commission
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract high-net-worth Vietnamese clients interested in Dubai property investment.
- Build and manage partnerships with
developers, banks, law firms, and referral networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through events, seminars, and private client meetings.
- Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to convert business opportunities into closed transactions.
- Represent EMMAI at VIP events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor Dubai real estate market trends and provide insights for marketing and sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Contribute to brand growth by promoting EMMAI's reputation as Vietnam's leading boutique advisory for Dubai property and residency

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, real estate investment, or luxury client services.
- Proven track record of building partnerships and generating high-value business leads.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and Golden Visa regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese with strong English proficiency.
