Business Development Manager (Pepper, Cinnamon & Coffee)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Agriculture, or a related field).
• Experience: Extensive experience in the agro-industry, particularly in the pepper sector.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in using standard business software and tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
