ROLE
The Business Development Manager cultivates relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivating relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities
Develop and nurture relationships across the industry to open new business development opportunities.
Actively engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.
Conduct account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development activities.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
Managing the sales life cycle process from first meeting to client signing, handover to CSMO team, account expansion, and renewals
Work closely with the product development team to develop new business solutions.
Collaborate with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and align business solutions accordingly.

Experience in healthcare solutions selling is an added advantage
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence the outcome.
