1. Market Research and Analysis
∙ Identify potential customers, needs, and industry trends.
∙ Analyze market data to understand customers, products, and competitors.
∙ Propose changes in the company's products or processes to align with the market.
2. Identifying Potential Clients
∙ Identify and target potential clients or industries that align with the company's services.
∙ Develop and maintain a database of potential clients or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
∙ Build and maintain relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
∙ Generate potential opportunities through networking, campaigns, and social media.
3. Client Outreach
∙ Contact clients, introduce products, and be responsible for sending credentials to clients.
∙ Receive briefs and provide quotations.
∙ Evaluate clients and participate in internal project planning.
∙ Collaborate with internal teams for pitching. Generate potential opportunities through networking, campaigns, and social.
4. Contract Signing and Project Execution
∙ Tender documents + Contract: terms, timeline, and costs.
∙ Ensure paperwork with clients and internal company processes are completed.
∙ Work closely with the company's internal teams to ensure project efficiency and progress.
∙ Ensure customer satisfaction and address any related issues.
5. Revenue Responsibility
∙ Set targets and achieve revenue goals for the company.
∙ Identify opportunities to increase sales with clients.
∙ Monitor and report on revenue and progress towards targets. Provide regular sales forecasts to the Board of Directors (BOD) and Finance.
Yêu cầu
∙ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
∙ Minimum of 2 years of experience in
Business Development within a marketing agency.
∙ Strong communication (English / Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.
∙ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, client services and meet deadlines.
∙ Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
∙ Customer centricity, can-do attitude and solution-based approach.
