Planning & Creativity
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and business goals.
Propose creative ideas, develop strategic plans, and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
Project Management
Prepare detailed plans, cost estimates, quotations, and project result reports.
Allocate resources and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new clients in sectors like F&B, fashion, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners across Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and beyond.
Partner with the marketing team to create innovative, breakthrough campaigns.
Client Management
Provide tailored Social Commerce and e-commerce solutions to optimize client performance on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster lasting partnerships through professional service.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Social Commerce, E-commerce, or
Digital Marketing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative, trend-savvy, with a strong grasp of social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
Proactive, adaptable, and effective in both team and independent settings.
Passionate about creating value and thriving in a dynamic environment.
