Develop qualified pipeline for Microsoft cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, security, business applications, managed services, and related solutions.
Build market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, pricing, buying behaviour, and local partnership opportunities.
Represent aCloud professionally in customer meetings, partner meetings, Microsoft ecosystem discussions, business events, and market activities.
Business Development & Sales
Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Own early-stage customer engagement, discovery, solution positioning, proposal coordination, and commercial follow-up.
Work closely with internal presales, solution, delivery, and leadership teams.
Drive qualified pipeline, forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression.
Develop strategic customer relationships that can lead to long-term recurring revenue and services opportunities.
Ensure customer commitments are aligned with internal delivery capability.
Microsoft Ecosystem Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Microsoft Vietnam, distributors, CSP ecosystem partners, referral partners, and related technology partners.
Identify co-sell, referral, campaign, event, and partner-led opportunity channels.
Support Microsoft-led initiatives where relevant, including cloud adoption, security, productivity, AI, and business applications.
Translate Microsoft solution messaging into practical business value for customers.
Customer Success & Account Growth
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, IT leaders, finance leaders, business owners, and operational stakeholders.
Understand customer business needs and map them to practical Microsoft cloud and service solutions.
Support account planning for key customers.
Work with delivery and managed services teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.
Identify expansion opportunities after initial engagement.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM records, weekly pipeline updates, deal status, customer notes, and forecast reports.
Provide regular market updates to management.
Track customer engagement, pipeline quality, partner activity, closed-won opportunities, and risks.
Build simple, clear, and useful reporting that supports management decision-making.
