Job Description:
Build relationships with vendors, especially key brands, which can support Circa Chain.
Dealing with TTA: ensure target levels are met to achieve rebates, and manage debts within the company's target range.
Work closely with suppliers to receive promotional information/price updates, stay informed about market conditions to plan for increased inventory if necessary, and ensure the best prices for the company.
Source multiple secondary vendors to provide backup in case of fluctuations in demand or the main source.
Input promotional information received from vendors into the system to be displayed on the web for customers.
List new/unlisted products to diversify the product categories within the responsible category group.
Monitor sales on the platform to ensure company targets, supplier targets, and company profitability remain within the required thresholds.
Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Work with Customer Service (CS) to address customer inquiries about product information/quality/pricing.
Collaborate with the Finance team to plan inventory increases (when needed) to ensure cash flow and manage urgent shipments.
