1 Responsibility & requirement
- Planning - Management:
• Responsible for Operations and Management at the Center.
• Revenue calculation: Check and report the revenue comparison in the branch expense balance sheet (teacher salary, employee salaries, TA, electricity, water costs, etc.).
• Strategic planning: Detailed planning, specific strategies for each month, each type of target for development in each area. Analyzing based on actual strength, current status of students and customers in the area. Present your plan and persuade Managing Director.
• Assure the center's sales according to agreed targets.
• To cover, plan and report training activities at the Center, responsible for assuring the quality of training according to the Center's targets.
• Manage the implementation of goals by management tools, weekly and monthly reports, and meetings. Propose solutions and make appropriate adjustments for the implementation process to achieve the targets.
- Build, develop relationships - customer care. Customer consulting:
• Build and develop relationships, promote and introduce off-premise programs with schools, Education and Training Departments, Local Government Area, Local Journalism and Communication Departments and companies near the center.
• Proactively solve situations arising out of the market.
• Monitoring the status of students at the center, recommend appropriate makerting campaigns.
• Stick to the achievement of strategic objectives - develop, improve and enhance the Center's position.
• Discuss, contact, build a good relationship, friendly between students and parents.
- Human resource management at the center:
• Understand all products of the Company.
• Regularly check product knowledge, process management and attendance of trainees. Ensure staff fulfillment in accordance with company regulations.
• Set a target for each employee to ensure the employee has fulfilled the agreed target by the Center Manager.
• Leadership, management of work schedules and training staff. Suggest new recruits when needed.
• Understand the working procedures of the staff at the center in charge.
• Training of capacity, ability to work and knowledge for staff.
• Employee and teacher recordings at the center.
• Management, monitoring and take care of students.
- Inventory fund of center, material of center:
• Manage and distribute income of center.
• Manage fund of center/ material of center/ teaching equipment of center.
• Other tasks as required by Line Manager.
2. Targets
** The probation period (02 months):
- Accomplish at least 85% revenue target of center.
- Master about products and working procedures of center.
- Build up relevant relationship; ensure customer service quality of center.
- Central fund management; Employee identification and resolution of the situation arising at the center.
**After the probation period:
- Accomplish at least 100% revenue target of center.
