BUILD THE FUTURE OF HOSPITALITY.MHG is seeking a CEO for Vietnam to lead the full scope of our business in the country and establish Vietnam as the core platform for MHG's journey from Vietnam, ASEAN, Asia, Europe, Global. This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to operate hotels well. We are looking for a BUILDER - someone who can build a business, build teams, build markets, and deliver meaningful, sustainable growth.

Build MHG Vietnam into one of the most dynamic and differentiated hospitality platforms in Vietnam, integrating: Hotel & Resort Management; Investment & Acquisition; Franchise; Management Contracts; Sales, Revenue & Commercial Solutions; Hospitality Technology & AI; Procurement Platform; Talent Development; Luxury, Lifestyle & Ultra-Luxury Hospitality
Vietnam will not simply be an operating market. It should become the showcase, profit engine, talent hub, and launchpad for MHG Global.
MISSION
The CEO of MHG Vietnam will be accountable for: Revenue Growth + Profitability + Portfolio Expansion + Leadership Development + Brand Elevation + Platform Building.
The ultimate goal is to build a business that can: Scale faster - Operate better - Sell stronger - Build brands - Create leaders - Expand beyond Vietnam.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth & P&L
Own the full P&L of MHG Vietnam.
Develop and execute the 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year growth strategy.
Improve the performance of existing properties across Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, Total Revenue, and EBITDA.
Business Development
Build a strong pipeline of hotel management contracts, franchise opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Develop high-value relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, banks, funds, and institutional partners.
Proactively identify and enter new markets and destinations across Vietnam.
Brand & Commercial
Lead the strategy across Brand, Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Distribution.
Reduce dependency on OTAs, promotions, and discount-led demand.
Increase direct demand, repeat business, guest loyalty, and brand recognition.
Product & Experience
Elevate MHG properties from simply being "well operated" to delivering distinctive hospitality experiences.
Develop new products and experiences across wellness, lifestyle, F&B, retreats, community, and signature experiences.
Create compelling reasons for guests to actively choose MHG.
Leadership & Talent
Build a high-performing leadership team comprising GMs, EAMs, Commercial Leaders, Functional Heads, and future CEOs.
Establish a culture of: Ownership - Accountability - Speed - Excellence - Innovation - Customer Obsession.
Build a strong succession pipeline and leadership development ecosystem across the organization.
