Mô tả công việc
• Conduct product testing, demonstrations, and provide customer support during the quality control process of electroplating chemicals.
• Operate and use analytical equipment (AAS, XRF, chemical titration, etc.).
• Advise and guide customers on electroplating processes and the use of electroplating chemicals.
• Assist in maintaining and updating quality records and documentation according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address technical issues and improve processes.
• Report work results and propose technical solutions to management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience working in a laboratory or in the chemical field (preferably electroplating).
• Basic knowledge of chemical analysis methods (AAS, titration, XRF, etc.).
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and understanding technical documents, writing emails, basic communication).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, eager to learn, good teamwork and communication skills.
