Plan schedule of HSE annual
Draft content of environmental and health safety training for new employees and annual re-training for all employees and specific parts such as electricity, chemicals, etc. Post-training evaluation report through training results, practical practice in production.Ensure adequate OSH training in accordance with the factory, customer requirements and legal regulations
Periodically send reports to functional agencies (reports on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, chemical management report, environmental monitoring report,...)
Monthly checking of occupational safety and sanitation, reporting results, monitoring the corrective actions plan
KPI assessment of production departments and OSH network
Check and supervise the safety of subcontractors in the workplace and issue work permits
Collect the data of wastewater, waste, emissions, energy consumption, inplemetation of target and legal documents according to regulations..
Mortoring the wastewater treatment. Deliver HSE issues through rootcause analysis, sustainable remediation, data analyisis
Monitoring, testing and calibrating equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene periodically
Send samples for testing of quality of drinking and domestic water according to regulations.
Manage the fire protection system, build an emergency map, set the location of the fire protection system, set up warning signs for fire safety instructions and emergency exit. Supervising the maintenance of fire protection equipment. Organization of evacuation, emergency situation drills. Report periodically to authorities
Establish policy process, edit, update according to changes and implementation.
Conduct an accident / incident investigation, identify the cause and come up with a remedial plan to prevent the accident. Record, monitor and resolve any arising problems
Timely update the changes in occupational safety and health from the government as well as customers, apply it to the reality of the factory
Manage chemical safety, chemical import and export processes and control the safe use, storage and disposal of chemicals at the factory. Organize drills to respond to emergency situations for chemicals
Manage and prepare the document for internal audit, external audit, customer audit about HSE
