Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Client Success
Specialist will ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. This role involves analyzing client feedback to improve processes, fostering strong client relationships through clear and efficient communication, and ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service. The Specialist will act as a key bridge between clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes for client projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
Proven Analytical Skills to assess client needs and improve workflows
Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
Experience in technology, healthcare, or ERP solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Relations, or related fields is preferred
