- Market Analysis and Business Support:
- Monitor market movement, pricing trends, supply-demand balance, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular reports on market situation, sales performance, and commercial insights
- Support medium- and long-term business planning and strategic analysis
- Work on customer and market databases to identify business opportunities and market direction
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand market feedback and business requirements
- Support customer satisfaction improvement and commercial communication activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commercial or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, market analysis, trading, supply chain, or petrochemical/polymer industry
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial mindset
- Good communication (English), coordination and teamwork skills
- Proactive, flexible and able to respond quickly to business situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and AI/upcoming digital tools
- Experience in petrochemical, polymer, trading or supply chain business is preferred.
