Community Engagement Specialist (Esports) - Marketing, Shopee

Plan, execute, and review large-scale online Esports streaming events and community programmes.
Design event mechanics, timelines, user journeys, operating procedures, and tracking requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, creators, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns accurately and on time.
Manage live event operations, including participation tracking, winner validation, reward fulfilment, and issue resolution.
Analyse campaign data, identify trends and issues, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Prepare performance reports and post-event reviews covering results, learnings, and improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on Esports, gaming, community, creator, and digital engagement trends.
2+ year experience in campaign execution and project management
Experience in project management, community management, campaign management, marketing operations, or a related field.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience cleaning, reconciling, analysing, and presenting data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn in a fast moving environment
Experience or Passionate about Esports, gaming communities, digital campaigns, and creating engaging online experiences.
Resourceful, organised, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
