Mô tả công việc
Track & follow up test plan: testing progress, result and report tracking of all spareparts/accessories for each car in accordance with given design validation plan (DVP)
Follow up and coordinate with related stakeholders (suppliers, test labs...) for the progress and ensure the timeliness and standard of the test.
Proper data record and filling as per plan, actual implementation as well as test results and reports
Update DVPR (design validation plan and report) to Teamcenter and Master Plan for general reports and records
Create Jira ticket (work tracker) for failed test for case study, finding and correction, solution and preventive action.
Purchase process coordinating: collect quotation from test labs for incompleted test, create PR, follow up related stakeholders to issue PO and send to selected test lab; Deliver product to test lab for test

1+ year of relevant experience
English efficient communication is a must
Graduated from technical school is preferable or have knowledge in automotive industry is an advantage
Experience in procurement (factory), project management/coordinating
Strong interpersonal skills, time-management, detail orientation, problem finding and solving
Work well under pressure
Diligent, proactive and positive thinking
