it Manager and one Assistant Corporate Credit Manager to join the Corporate Banking Department.
We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in corporate lending, capable of managing the full credit process, including client acquisition, credit analysis, approval submission, loan disbursement, and post-disbursement credit monitoring.
By joining KDB Hanoi, you will become one of the founding members of the Branch, working directly with the Korean Deputy General Director to help establish the Branch's operational foundation. • Assist management in coordinating the entire corporate credit workflow, including client onboarding, credit file preparation, appraisal, approval presentation, coordinating disbursement, post-loan monitoring, and account liquidation in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct research and analysis on market dynamics, industries, and business trends to identify growth opportunities and support the Branch's business strategies.
• Proactively build and expand professional networks with corporate clients, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to explore partnerships and grow the Bank's portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with business units and internal departments to streamline the credit approval pipeline, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high customer service quality.
• Prepare analytical management reports, market insight briefings, and credit portfolio reviews to support senior leadership in decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Banking, management experience is a preferred.
- Experience in corporate lending, credit assessment is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate banking products, structured trade finance, and local credit processes/regulations.
- Understanding of corporate financial statements, with strong skills in data triangulation and risk assessment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- Good command of English; Korean language proficiency is an advantage.
