Job Description
Advise a diverse portfolio of international and local clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters
Lead and support complex transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting, and execution
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents with precision and commercial awareness
Manage multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met
Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical, and business-oriented advice to clients
Liaise directly with clients, counterparties, authorities, and other external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices on cross-border and multi-disciplinary matters
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers (for more senior candidates), contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
Support business development initiatives, including client relationship management, proposals, and thought leadership where appropriate
Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on client matters
The Successful Applicant
Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver clear and commercially sound advice
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
Prior experience in corporate, M&A or banking sectors
Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional in approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, with the ability to adapt and collaborate across cultures
