Key Responsibilities
Support managing and taking care of assigned Creators during their collaboration with the company.
Support the preparation and operation of Shopee Live sessions, including updating products, sales programs, timelines, and necessary information.
Track progress before, during, and after Livestream sessions; promptly update the person in charge.
Support Creators in deploying Shopee Video, Affiliate Campaigns, and other activities on the Shopee platform.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information and ensure work is carried out as planned.
Update data, consolidate Shopee Live results, and support report preparation as guided.
Proactively follow new programs and trends on Shopee to contribute ideas to the team.
Candidate Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
Passionate about Shopee Live, Creators, Social Commerce, and Influencer Marketing.
Knowledge of, or experience supporting, Livestreams, Creator/KOL/KOC management, or Shopee activities is an advantage.
Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
Able to track timelines, update information, and handle tasks carefully.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work at least 4 days/week or as required by the internship program.
