Handling EE existing sales enquiries, preparation of Quotes, negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding testing services.
Ensure timely communication and reporting of market insights and customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify new testing needs and business opportunities from existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Support the sales team in marketing activities, including organizing seminars, workshops, and customer events.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
University and above, any major
Good at English communication, writing. Chinese is a plus
At least 2-year experience in B2B hunter sales
Good communication, presentation skills
Understanding for the third party services/industry will be prefered
Understanding the Electronics and Electrical supply chain will be prefered, especially Samsung, Media, Group SEB, Estec, TTI...
