Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, outbound calls, email, resolve customer's complaint, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution according to SOPs
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Collect customer feedback through rating score in order to enhance customer satisfaction
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Support customers with issues regarding to payment, app...
Handle workload in a high volume to reach KPIs
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
At least 6-12 months experience at the Call Center.
Knowledgeable in transportation, especially ride hailing platform
Good at MS office, good English communication
Good communication skills with a positive attitude, both written and verbal
Must be able to work in shifts (night shifts), holidays, and weekend
