We are in need of 02 Customer Service. Job descriptions as follows:
Set up and develop approaching channels to foreign customer databases such as: importers, distributing agencies, supermarket chains and retail store chains.
Establish and manage ongoing relationships with target customers to provide the necessary information and helpful advices on suitable products.
Organize meetings with foreign customers, and conduct regular marketing presentations on the company and products to customers.
Conduct market research online or through company's database to find potential customers.
Negotiate directly and indirectly with customers about price, quality and delivery time.
Build and enhance company's brand identity (image, recognition and value).

Female, Age: 22 years to 30 years.
Priority for new graduates.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Good solving problem skills and social skills.
Good at presenting and negotiating.
Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Hard-working, passionate to learn, high-pressure-working.
Have a moral and good working attitude.
Proficient in using the Internet, Email, Microsoft Office.
