We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact point for customers regarding import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Handle end-to-end shipment processes, including booking, documentation, cargo tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Arrival Notice (AN), Manifest, eD/O, Bill of Lading (B/L), Pre-alert, and other import/export documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on cargo movements and delivery schedules.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Input billing and shipment information accurately into the system.
• Maintain complete and organized shipment records and documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors and management.
Yêu cầu
Must-have Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Import-Export, English, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Import-Export Operations, or Logistics Customer Service.
• Experience handling international shipments and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Arrival Notice (AN), Manifest, Delivery Order (D/O), Pre-alert, and related import-export documentation.
• Experience coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines, carriers, or freight forwarders.
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) for daily communication with overseas partners and customers.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sea freight, air freight, or international forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of import-export procedures and logistics workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Location: Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Work From Home)
