As a Customer Service Executive (Sales Execution Officer), you will play a vital role in full execution process from sales are firmed to delivery arrangements. You will work closely with our team to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to quality and efficiency. This position is perfect for individuals looking to make an impact in a multinational corporation within the agribusiness sector.
• Sending business confirmation once sales are firmed by traders.
• Execute and following up execution process from business confirmation until contract fully executed and all outstanding matters settled. These include business confirmation, contract issuance status, payment status, nomination, local crush conversion, appropriation, shipping documents checking, issuance & presentation.
• Coordinating among sellers, terminals, shipping agencies, surveyors, buyers on shipments performance including over age premium, trade penalties, quality allowance, vessel's schedule, discharge status, free storage extension, demurrage/ despatch calculation & billing and other subjects relating to contract execution.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze trade documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service.
• Others as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales execution role.
• Understanding of agricultural commodity specifications and logistics.
• Familiarity with trade documentation and international payment processes.
• Excellent organizational and implementation skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SAP, trade documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
