Prepare inspector job files and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate before job execution; prepare certificates and submit them to the Manager for review and approval in accordance with internal procedures.
Prepare, control and issue invoices, follow up on outstanding debts and monitors payment status to ensure timely collection.
After approval, send inspection reports, certificates and invoices to clients, affiliates or other relevant parties in a professional and timely manner.
Update and maintain inspection documents, including the File Management Checklist and related databases, to ensure proper record keeping and traceability.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to invoicing and other assigned requests.
Actively follow up and support the collection of outstanding payments and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support daily operations.
Yêu cầu
College or University degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Import‐Export, Logistics, International Business, Office Administration or related disciplines.
01 year of working experience in Customer Service, Office Administration or Import‐Export documentation roles.
Good understanding of administrative processes, document control, invoicing and payment follow‐up. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
English proficiency with the ability to read, understand and translate technical documents, reports and certificates.
Good typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet systems.
Good communication and coordination skills, detail‐oriented, well‐organized and responsible. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
