Mô tả công việc
• Communicating with customers by email and phone and verify account information
• Investigating and solving customer problems; some are rather easy, but you will occasionally face a complicated issue.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• PR, Marketing, Sales skill
• English intermediate level
• Skills: listening skill, patience, positive attitude, people oriented, problem solving
• Computer Skills: MS word, MS excel, report, PPT
