Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Handle and assist walk in customers or phone enquiries
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers' orders
• Allocate emails and supervise junior staff to ensure accuracy in credit note/debit note/write off forms
• Propose improvement to work flow to ensure smooth daily operation
• Handle customer registration process in system
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
*Experienced in supervising a team will consider for Senior position
For Senior Position, the responsibilities include:
• Supervise the team, cover Assistant Manager's duties
• Collate and prepare reports for management reporting
• Update and maintain customer registration and database master
• Propose improvement to work flow to ensure smooth daily operation
• Provide training and guidance to team member/new staff
