Mô tả công việc
1. Handle documentation for import- export shipments, make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, issue booking, bill of lading, submit manifest, do payment ....) to finish the import - export process
2. Support customers in consulting, answering questions and handling complaints professionally.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (warehousing, operations, accounting) and external partners to ensure smooth operation
Yêu cầu
• At least 3 years with knowledge in all fields: Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Domestic delivery.
• Good communication skills, flexible situation handling, pleasant voice.
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good English (reading and writing emails)
• Proactive, careful, responsible in work and able to withstand high pressure.
