1. Responsibilities (Identify the major responsibilities of the job holder)
- Connect with e-commerce customers
- Connect with domestic teams\
- Connect with supplier customer service
- Connect with Vietnam warehouse team
- Provide the best service and experience to end customers
- Help confirm the goods information
- Help the company give customers the price that the company has decided
- Help customers place orders
- Ho Chi Minh Office: 3/F, MORE Building, No 36 Mac Dinh Chi, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
2.1 Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in economics major or foreign languages major
- Have above 2 years experience at the same position and in Logistics company.
2.2 Professional Qualification / Training
- Fluent Chinese or English
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing;
2.3 Skills & Competencies
- (E.g: PC/Software Applications, Language, Personal Characteristice or Behaviours)
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Customer oriented mindset, clear pronunciation, efficient and "can do" attitude, good team player.
