🔎 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
🎓 College or Bachelor's degree
🇰🇷 Korean: TOPIK Level 5 or above
🇬🇧 Good English communication skills
💬 Strong communication and customer service skills
✈️ Experience in Customer Service, Travel, Hospitality, or the Airline industry is a plus, but not mandatory
💻 Experience with Amadeus/GDS is preferred. No prior experience? Full training will be provided!
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Support customers with flight bookings, check-in, reservations, and other travel-related requests
Provide advice on travel packages and hotel services based on customer needs
Ensure service quality and achieve assigned performance targets
Prepare reports as required by the management team
📍 Location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
