Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
Follow-up with clients to verify important information.
Research the applicant's credit status and current financial position to recommend suitable types of loans.
Communicate between the client, front team, and lender to process the loans.
Create repayment plans.
Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
Identify any potential issues with the loan application and address them in a timely manner.
Working hours: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night shift) from Monday to Friday.

Yêu cầu
University graduate.
1-3 years of experience working in customer service
Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST
Having a basic understanding of finance is a plus
Having basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Able to work the night shift
Can work under a challenging and high-pressure environment
Submit thorough work that you have double-checked for quality and consistency
Honest, polite, and fair to others.
1-3 years of experience working in customer service
