Customer Support:Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient assistance to customers via various channels: Facebook, Social Media, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok,...
Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our product catalog to accurately address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and troubleshoot issues
Order Management:Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process
Issue Resolution:Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible
Feedback Management:Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing enhancements of our services and offerings
Documentation:Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our system
Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with other teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English is plus
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
