1. Job Descriptions 工作描述:
• Execute customer's service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data, Transmission, Documentation and Invoicing.
• 执行客户的服务要求,从预订、货物运输到数据传输、文档和发票作业。
• Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
• 与国内外代理合作处理货运事务。
• Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, air & sea freight, sea consol) until close file.
• 处理货运相关文件(进出口、空运和海运、海运拼箱)直至作业完毕。
• Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
• 解决有关问题以提高服务交付水平并最大限度地减少成本影响。
• Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
• 确保客户满意度并以专业的方式向客户反馈。
• Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately.
• 及时、准确地准备报告与更新系统
• Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world class service.
