- Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, LinkedIn, [protected info] other social media interactions within service level agreement.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Make follow-up calls to inform customers about further response or checking to make sure all their issues are successfully handled.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
- Support stores and other departments in matters related to Customer Services
- Do survey via calling to better understand customer insight and behavior
- Implement other tasks at line manager assigned
Yêu cầu
- College/University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or Information Technology, etc.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/call center/omnichannel sales...
- English proficiency. Candidates with one of the following languages: Korean, Japanese, Chinese at intermediate level does not require high level of English
- Proficient in using Excels is preferred
- Good situation handling, listening and communication skills
- Good writing and communication skills, good tasks, and time management skills
