Full-time Customer Support Specialist

- Work at the Danang Office: 67 Doãn Khuê, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
- Work Time: From Monday to Friday and available at home or weekend in the needed situation
Job Description:
- Manage & take care of a large number of incoming emails in English everyday
- Collect paperwork from customers and assess customers' needs to achieve their satisfaction
- Provide accurate and valid information about products by using the right tools
- Handle customers' complaints, orders, or required details about products purchased from our price list
- Prepare quotes/ invoices for client's purchases
- Other tasks assigned by Lead
- Report daily to leader
Requirements:
- Fluent in English skills (especially Reading and Writing)
- At least 6 months in related experience
- Good at Email writing skill and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Google Sheet)
- Have good knowledge and skills in customer service
- Have experience in Data Analyst (including financial charts and Data Collecting)
- Work well under pressure and multi-task
- Have patience and high responsibility
