We are looking for a Customer Support Staff with practical experience using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre preferred) or experience in ticket and tour sales to join our dedicated team for a major travel partner. You do NOT need to find new customers.
The position offers a clear, structured two-phase career progression path with performance-based compensation adjustments.
• Handle routine incoming inquiries from global clients via multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat in English).
• Multi-city itinerary calculations, complex ticket reissuances, schedule change handling, and refund processing.
• Perform reservation tasks, including general flight/travel quotations, basic seat/baggage bookings, and standard ticket issuances.
• Navigate and master the partner's internal systems, CRM, and communication platforms.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: 1 to 10 years of practical experience in Customer Service
Preferably in the travel, airline, or ticketing industry or GDS technical skills (preferred): Practical experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or similar global distribution software (must be proficient in basic booking, pricing, and ticketing operations).
• Language: Good English (Verbal & Written). Ability to handle phone calls and chat support with US clients and partners smoothly. IELTS 7 equivalent at least
• Flexibility: Comfortable working Night Shifts / Public Holidays aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST). (Higher Salary on Night Shifts and Public Holidays).
• Mindset: High discipline, detail-oriented (to avoid travel ticketing errors), and strong stress-management skills.

• Thu nhập: 15 - 25 triệu VND
• Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số

• 40 working hours/week (2 days off) Paid Overtime if any, no Homework.
• Quarterly Incentives: Financial rewards based on individual KPIs, ticketing accuracy, and overall team performance.
• Training: 4 - 5 weeks of paid intensive training.
