Mô tả công việc
Customs Brokerage (80%):
· Continuously improve knowledge about Vietnam Customs regulations and laws related to import and export.
· Customs procedures consultancy and technical to Logistics Department and all relevant Department
· Manage import and export customs procedures (all types) and documents and process.
· Handle technical details related to international transportation, such as customs regulations and documents.
· Analyze
Customs Clearance performance and solve the problem and take corrective actions with relative parties for the most competitive Clearance Performance/Capability.
· Evaluate Customs Clearance procedures and methods to achieve quality service level and cost effectiveness.
· Consult the Declaration of customs process in various sectors for all relevant departments.
· Support clients in post-clearance audit and customs revaluation consultation.
· Experience in using E-customs declaration software (E-CUS, VNACCS/VCIS).
Transportation (20%):
· Lead Suppliers to manage operation effectively, service level to achieve operation excellent.
· Build high performing Logistics Team and relevant departments with operation excellent (KPI).
Additional requirements (is a plus):
· Continually develop knowledge on customs qualifications, ensuring new regulations are understood and implemented where required. Ensure regular product coaching sessions to all relevant departments.
· Regularly follow-ups with Commercial and Operation to ensure Customers' demands are satisfied.
· Law on Customs (Vietnam), FTA, and expertise related to Customs and Transport management.
· Market & Competition Outlook for Customs Clearance and Transportation in Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree holder or above.
· Customs Brokerage Certificate holder from Vietnam General Department of Customs.
· Graduated from University majoring in Foreign Trade, Economic, Transportation, Shipping Economics, etc.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Vietnam Customs regulations and laws, and Transportation operation, experience in international business environment.
· Good at law on Customs, have good knowledge of all verticals, HS code classification, cargo policy as well as regulations for import and export activities related.
· Fluent English (written & spoken)
· Good Communication and Negotiation skills, able to convince partners.
· Good understanding of
Supply Chain Management end-to-end processes is a plus.
· Good understanding of local geographical area and route options is a plus.
· Ability to work independently under high pressure.
· Honest, enthusiastic, attention to details, active and responsible at work.
