Role Purpose: As a Data & Analytics Product Manager within HEINEKEN's D&A Product Organisation, you are a key driver in realising the Smart Brewery ambition. Embedded within one of our Supply Chain product squads (Packaging, Brewing, or Utilities), you operate as a senior expert - bringing depth, structure, and technical leadership to the delivery of global, scalable D&A solutions.
You combine strong business analysis skills, advanced BI development expertise, and mature product thinking to translate complex operational needs into robust analytical products. You shape end-to-end analytical designs, challenge assumptions, set quality standards, and provide guidance to colleagues across roles and regions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Discovery & Requirements
Translate complex business needs into analytical and functional designs, ensuring scalability, clarity, and long-term maintainability.
Contribute to the refinement of global, reusable use cases aligned with the broader D&A roadmap.
Collaborate with Product Leads and Business Analysts to shape well-structured epics and features, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and analytical implications.
Assess feasibility, data readiness, and technical impact, and advise the squad on the best approach to maximise value and delivery efficiency.
Bring senior level problem structuring skills, enabling the squad to navigate ambiguity and transform it into actionable work items.
Contribute to the evaluation and strategic shaping of ideas through the Idea Portal and SNOW processes, including advising on priority and business impact.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate (complex) analytical concepts, modelling decisions, and data logic in a clear and compelling manner to business, technical, and operational audiences.
Partner with SMEs, Business Analysts, and brewery teams to challenge assumptions and ensure KPIs and dashboards reflect the true operational context.
Support and participate with the right level of seniority in alignment sessions to establish shared definitions, logic, and standards for metrics and visualisations.
Act as a senior voice for both the user and analytics, ensuring solutions meet realworld needs while maintaining technical integrity.
3. Data & Analytics Enablement
Design and build highquality, scalable dashboards, semantic models, and analytical features using Power BI, Grafana, or related tools.
Create advanced DAX measures, optimised Power Query transformations, and reusable modelling components that set the standard for product excellence.
Help to drive global alignment of business logic, metric definitions, and analytical consistency across use cases and squads.
Diagnose and resolve complex modelling, data quality, or logic challenges, collaborating with Data Engineers and BI Developers where necessary.
Embed best practices in modelling, performance optimisation, usability, and storytelling to elevate analytical maturity across the organisation.
4. Product Delivery & Value Realisation
Provide senior level guidance and clarification for analytical, modelling, and logic related questions throughout the sprint.
Taking a lead role in the development, testing, validation, and documentation of development of use case and features, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and user relevance.
Facilitate demos of (analytical) increments, articulating both logic and business impact, and lead iterative improvements based on feedback.
Monitor adoption, performance, and value realisation; proactively recommend improvements or new opportunities.
Support enhancement and demand processes by providing expert evaluation, prioritisation recommendations, and clarity on implications.
5. Supporting Agile Ways of Working
Break down complex (analytical) requirements into clear, testable backlog items that meet the Definition of Ready.
Mentor team members on analytical best practices, modelling approaches, and structured problem solving.
Contribute actively to all Agile ceremonies and support the Product Lead in navigating analytical complexity.
Advocate for iterative, valuedriven delivery, promoting early validation, continuous learning, and sustainable ways of working.
Help refine team standards, practices, and delivery processes to elevate squad performance and product quality.
6. Change & Adoption
Develop highquality documentation that clearly explains KPIs, logic, usability, and design rationale.
Support deployment activities, by providing documentation, etc.
Ensure analytical solutions are well understood, properly embedded, and consistently delivering the intended benefits across markets.
Act as a senior ambassador for analytics adoption, usability, and scalability across the Smart Brewery landscape.
