Mô tả công việc
Become a problem solving and analytical thinking; apply analytics, quantitative tools, and modeling techniques to interpret, make inferences, and offer recommendations based on insights from the data.
Primarily conduct research/experiments in NLP, Voice/Speech or related fields to solve open problems.
Stay up-to-date on the SOTA in machine learning techniques.
Collaborate with other teams and partners. Present the results in verbal and written communication for the internal team.
Yêu cầu
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor/Master degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, or applied mathematics.
Familiarity with statistical and data-mining techniques.
Experience working with Machine Learning/Deep Learning models
Ability to use frameworks such as scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow, etc.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and/or C/C++
Experience working with different data formats, especially Voice/speech/audio or text format.
DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Hands-on analytics experience.
Passion for defining the next generation of customer experience excellence.
Evidence of entrepreneurial drive and having a "start-up" mentality.
Industry experience in retail banking, pharma, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications or digital is a plus.
