Assist the sales team in managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with clients at a cost best suited for them.
Respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost, and time restraints.
Work closely with the
Sales Manager and sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
Develop and implement
business development strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
Identify and establish relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose effective business strategies.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead the preparation and negotiation of contracts, proposals, and business agreements with clients.
Monitor and evaluate business performance, report to the Board of Directors, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and business meetings.
Manage and develop the business development team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and business planning.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience working with international clients and partners is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
