We are seeking a Deputy Head of HR (report to Head of HR) to oversee the F&B sector HR management operations as well as manage all Highgate administrative responsibilities, with detailed job descriptions as below:
1. In charge of all aspects of the F&B segment's human resources management: from recruitment, compensation & benefits, on/off boarding.
2. Oversee all of the Highgate company's administrative duties.
3. Budget: Prepare the HR budget for existing and new projects; Monitor and control costs charged to the investor and actual costs; Monitor actual costs against the approved budget.
4. KPI: Build and manage KPIs of all departments. Gather KPI assessments of all departments; Calculate KPI metrics & calculate employee bonuses.
5. Consolidate regulatory processes, templates, and SOPs.
6. Handling labor relations issues/disciplinary action.
7. Other tasks:
- Assist the
HR Manager in managing associated tasks.
- Support the HR Manager in monitoring the activities of the HR staff: reviewing payroll before get HR Manager's approval, checking and comparing monthly social insurance data with the social insurance authority.
- Support TA in orientation for new employees and recruitment for urgent positions.
- Contact point with tax and social insurance authorities in case assistance is required.
- Support the Trade Union in union-related work such as cross-checking with the Union President on the payment of bonuses and gifts on holidays during the year.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
