Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Planning Officer in Ho Chi Minh Head Office.
+ Work location: HCM Office - 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
+ Report to: Development Planning Executive
+ Team: 3 members
Job description:
Collect, aggregate, and analyze external information relevant to the company's business (30%):
- Gather information about population, surrounding environment, local characteristics, and other incidental information and trends in Vietnam relating to the company's potential development sites
- Build the database during data collection.
Collect, aggregate, and analyze internal data (25%):
- Gather internal sales, customer traffic, and other information as required
- Use the organized data for development to reach agreement in new projects under consideration.
Consult and discuss with relevant departments to reach agreement in new projects under consideration (15%).
Check new projects' status (15%):
- Review and make report based on the projects' status
- Timely update the progress of the new projects.
Other tasks as assigned (15%).
