About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to lead and manage our Vietnam-based marketing team while overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, account-based
marketing (ABM) programs, and sales enablement initiatives across all brands within Away Group.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong balance of people management,
operational excellence, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for translating strategic direction into structured execution plans, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving measurable business outcomes.
You will directly manage six marketing team members across multiple functions and work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams in both Vietnam and Australia.
