Assist in managing all aspects of the property's
digital marketing and e-Commerce initiatives, which may include but are not limited to search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing via corporate and OTA channels, and assisting with strategic social media planning. Support the hotel in driving awareness, engagement, and profitability by effectively executing digital campaigns that align with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Your day to day:
Be in touch with Director of Marketing and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing on a regular basis to ensure full activation and optimization on the brand website and appropriate OTAs, as well as Google Ads performance.
Establish and maintain active relationships with OTA partners, ensuring regular communication for maximum visibility and production.
Reporting directly to Director of Marketing and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.
Drive web traffic/sales and growth of e-Commerce applications via targeted online campaigns and retention strategies, ensuring a high level of customer acquisition and conversion.
Evaluate the performance of our brand website and suggest improvements to enhance the hotel's online presence, increasing bookings and keeping the website up to date.
Develop and implement new customer acquisition and retention initiatives, including search engine keyword buys, email newsletters, and online advertising to steer customers toward booking on direct channels.
Own hands-on management of core e-commerce platforms, including the brand website CMS, central reservation system (CRS), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and OTA extranets ([protected info], Expedia, Agoda, Ctrip), to drive direct booking performance.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify e-commerce expansion opportunities.
Manage website content updates, social media platforms, and e-commerce functions, coordinating with Marketing business owners on site presentation, pricing, campaigns, and promotions.
Conduct monthly OTA audits to ensure IHG OTA policies are met and communicate with regional/area DRM for updates and support.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews across TripAdvisor, Google Business, and OTA platforms to protect and strengthen the hotel's online reputation.
Develop budgets for projects, monitor costs, and provide status reports to management, incorporating executive-level feedback.
Reporting and analysis of Web Direct & Indirect performance for the hotel, tracked against defined targets for direct revenue contribution, website conversion rate, and paid media ROAS.
Reporting and optimization of performance through acquisition levers (SEO, Display, Meta, Social Media).
Regular updates on action plans and communication calendar.
