• Develop mid- to long-term Omnichannel and Digital strategies integrating online, offline, social commerce, e-commerce, and physical stores.
• Define the digital customer journey and ensure consistent brand experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Lead digital growth strategy covering performance marketing, social commerce, and personalization through data.
2. Governance & Leadership
• Set strategic objectives and KPIs for E-commerce, Digital, and Customer Service teams.
• Oversee execution to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Ensure operational initiatives are executed in line with the overall Omnichannel strategy.

Digital Marketing & Data Strategy
• Lead a holistic Digital Marketing strategy (paid, owned, earned media).
• Govern customer data management (CRM/CDP) to build a 360° customer profile.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and MarTech to optimize marketing ROI and commercial strategies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives in marketing and customer engagement.
4. Market & Customer Development
• Define strategies for expanding into new digital and e-commerce channels.
• Integrate digital campaigns to support both online and offline sales.
• Design loyalty and retention strategies to grow multi-channel customer engagement.
• Drive revenue growth across owned channels (brand website, online platforms) and e-commerce marketplaces through effective sales and promotional strategies, with clear KPIs on online sales contribution, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
5. Financial & Technology Governance
• Build and manage annual Omnichannel & Digital budgets.
• Monitor ROI/ROAS and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Define technology investment roadmap (CRM, CDP, MarTech, Data Platforms).
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Technology/Data Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion retail, digital commerce, or omnichannel, including at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role in Digital Strategy/Omnichannel.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM/CDP, data analytics, marketing automation.
• Strategic leadership skills with proven experience in cross-functional management.
• Innovation-driven mindset with deep understanding of fashion retail trends and digital consumer behavior.
