I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop R&D Strategy
- Formulate and execute mid-to-long-term R&D strategies that align with the company's vision.
- Ensure R&D activities meet market demands and leverage emerging technologies.
2. Lead and Develop R&D Team
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing R&D team (over 100 engineers).
- Foster an innovative and collaborative working environment.
3. Product Development
- Oversee the full product development cycle-from ideation, design, and testing to commercialization.
- Incorporate cutting-edge technologies into new product development
4. Technology and Process Optimization
- Recommend and implement advanced technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure all new products comply with international standards for safety, quality, and performance.
5. Budget and Resource Management
- Build and manage R&D budgets with effective allocation and cost control.
- Evaluate project ROI and make informed investment decisions.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new products are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Support product launches and contribute to marketing strategy development.

Yêu cầu
- Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Engineering, Technology, Product Management, or equivalent.
+ At least 15 years of experience in R&D, including 5 years in senior management roles.
- Technical Expertise
+ Extensive knowledge of R&D processes, product development, and modern production technologies.
+ Proven ability to manage and develop teams of engineers and R&D professionals.
- Leadership Skills
+ Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead teams effectively.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced technological environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred. Additional language skills, such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, would be an advantage.
