The Sales & Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth across all facets of the property, including accommodations, food & beverage, and events. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales and marketing.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue targets and enhance brand positioning.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Oversee all aspects of brand development and management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies aimed at maximising revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Oversee the development and execution of
digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and engagement.
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the hotel's event venues, driving bookings for weddings, conferences, and other events.
Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve objectives.
Regularly report on sales and marketing performance metrics to the General Manager and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in marketing analytic tools and CRM systems.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
