1. Job Summary
The Distribution Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing activities for film projects from pre-release to post-release stages. This role works closely with internal teams, distribution partners, cinemas, and external agencies to maximize audience reach, brand visibility, and box office performance.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Marketing Planning & Coordination
Support the development and execution of marketing plans for film projects (theatrical, streaming, festival, etc.).
Coordinate the distribution and management of marketing materials (trailers, posters, POSM, etc.) to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights.
Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule.
2.2 Campaign Execution
Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels: digital, social media, PR, KOLs, offline activations, etc.
Support the organization of promotional activities such as press conferences, premieres, screenings, and fan events.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure brand consistency in content and visuals.
Monitor and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
2.3 Digital & Social Media
Support content management and execution across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate content production, including behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, and short-form content.
Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on data insights.
2.4 PR & Partnerships
Work with PR agencies to execute media bookings, press coverage, and KOL engagements.
Support building and maintaining relationships with media partners and influencers.
Assist in implementing brand partnerships and co-marketing activities.
2.5 Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ticket sales, etc.).
Support campaign reporting and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in monitoring and managing budgets for assigned activities.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in entertainment or film industry.
Basic understanding of film distribution and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in basic
digital marketing and reporting tools.
Experience working with cinema platforms, booking websites, or e-wallet platforms is a plus.
Good command of English.
Passion for film and entertainment industry.
Experience working with agencies, KOLs, or media partners.
Familiarity with OTT platforms and social media trends.
