Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management - Guide stores to set daily sales targets based on the monthly sales goals set by the headquarters and ultimately achieve the sales budget for the managed area. Monitor daily sales data for stores in the region, understand reasons for any shortfall in daily sales budgets, and provide guidance to store management teams to achieve targets.
2. Personnel Management - Supervise and guide store management teams to stabilize store personnel structures and create plans to improve overall KPI results.
3. Profit and Loss Management - Monitor store report data and analyze metrics such as gross profit, profit, costs, and losses.
4. Goal Management - Set phased sales targets, store improvement goals, and assist store managers in setting employee development goals. Follow up on these quantifiable goals with set deadlines.
5. Standards Management - Handle principled issues according to company standards; continuously set and achieve the highest standards for store management teams, effectively judge and make decisions on all standard issues.
6. Cost Management - Reduce company costs by guiding stores in implementing personnel cost control and expense control measures. Manage controllable expenses for stores in the region.
7. Safety Management - Enhance safety awareness among all regional store employees and set safety management requirements for special equipment like cash registers, fire equipment, and surveillance devices. Ensure store employees work according to regulations to reduce workplace injuries.
8. Brand Management - Lead internal employees to provide an excellent experience for external customers, fostering brand loyalty. Understand and convey the company's brand philosophy and development vision, promoting employee brand awareness to achieve customer recognition of the brand.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of retail experience; proficient in English and the local language, Chinese is a plus.
2. Familiar with retail stores operations, with experience in hypermarket management or regional management in the retail industry. Understands and can execute store sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and merchandise management.
3. Experience in coordinating internal and external resources and establishing standardized store management.
4. Basic experience in personnel identification and training, with experience in formulating and replicating training plans.
5. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in analyzing, budgeting, summarizing, and planning regional data.
6. Experience in analyzing the product structure and operating models of competitors around the regional business circle.
7. Willing to accept cross-regional/ domestic and international assignments; passionate, energetic, highly executive, and aligned with the company's corporate culture and values.
