JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting the recruitment process: Update our candidate databases to the internal system, source candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates, etc.
Employee Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including digital and physical files.
Participating in organizing company events and career days.
Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Supporting other admin tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior or graduated students who can commit a full-time internship (4-6 months).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative skills.
Proficient in English, especially in verbal communication.
Growth mindset-not just following instructions but thinking critically and logically.
Tech-savvy and able to navigate digital tools efficiently.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn, dare to challenge, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
A positive attitude and a passion for HR and people development.
Interested in learning about IT recruitment.
